Default RE: 2x2m patternplane setup, sevos, powerplant

Well, of course the plane will fly with 3003 servos but it WILL fly better (or should I say more consistantly) with more powerful and precice servos.

I have 8401's throughout my Alliance and they are great. One on the elevator and rudder and one each on the ailerons. They are lighter and more precice than the metal geared version (8411 I think is their designation) although they are only rated to about 5.5V so a regulator is required if using a 6V pack. This negates the weight issue but they will still be more precise do to reduced gear slop with the resin gears. However even at 5.1V that my regulator runs at they are putting out over 11kg of pull which makes for a very stable platform.
