They are all pretty much the same, just an oscillator with an adjustable pulse width used to turn on a power FET or a power transistor for about 10 milliseconds every 100 milliseconds.
Ok Rodney, thanks for reply. But how this power panel measure current with pulsed source ? Current must be higher then you see on analog amp meter. Or in this case is only what we need is if plug pull some of current or not.
