How much time do you have to build this kit? Neither of them take too long. I'm only mentioning this because you said "winter project" and to me they seem like 2-week projects.
Might want to line up another kit for when you finish this one.
I was thinking the same thing. If you have more than a couple of hours a night to spend on it, you'll be done fast.
However if it's your very first build, then it will take a little bit longer. I had my .60 (third plane) together in half the time as my .40 (first plane)
