Default RE: How do get these darn things started

I messed with it a little more earlier (screw the neighbors [>:] ) I turned the needle valve in a little more and it seems to start easier but it will die the second I remove the igniter, I tried having it reved up and removing it but it does the same thing, also tried letting it run a while and removing it but it still dies as soon as the igniter is removed.

I asked my dad and he said something must not be set up right that it shouldnt do that, but ive tried it setup excactly the way the manual says and it does bassically the same thing, but it takes forever to start and dies maybe 20 seconds after it starts.

Their is also a low speed needle valve (ive been adjusting the high speed) the manual says it shouldnt need adjusted until after a full motor breakin, could it be set wrong? The high speed valve was a 1/4 turn off straight from the factory, maybe this one is off as well.

Any ideas?
