Default RE: How do get these darn things started

Funny you should mention that, I just checked my igniter and it was barely making the coils glow. I put a new batery in it and the coils glow bright red now, hopefully thats the problem and theri isnt anything wrong with the car itself.

Ive been working on the car tonght, the factory setup was horrible, it came with the ground clearence set at the middle position which is no problem but they had the shocks spring tension so loose when you sat the car down it was nearly draggin bottom (maybe 1/2" or so clearence), the 2 tie straps that hold the muffler on were loose enough the muffler kept coming off, I found a number of loose screws (no big deal, the manual says to recheck all of them), and I had to readjust the throttle servo and stearing servo as they were both off centered quite a bit, you had to trim them all the way to get them centered (I fixed them now though).

Overall this car seems pretty nice for $250, aside from me not being able to get it started (which is my fault for not knowing what the hell I was doing )

Hopefully I can get this thing running tommorow, I think I just orignally had it set way to rich, then by time I got it leaned out my igniter battery went dead, without me knowing, causing nothing to work right.
