Thanks for all the help, Im going to order a couple glow plugs from tower hobbies, they probobly wont be here till next week though [

]
In the mean time Ill keep at it, ill check the gasket, it might just have some dirt or something on it from when I dropped it outside last night. My dad said its probobly just running rich, but like I said ive tried leaning it and it doesnt help. Ill try tightening the glow plug down with a wrench, might just be a little loose as I can easily unscrew it with the igniter.
Ill also try my rechargeable igniter, these battery operated ones suck, batteries dont last for 5 minutes [:'(]\
EDIT----------
I think I found the problem, even on a new battery the igniter was barely gettign it to glow, I tried it on my rechargeable igniter and it gloes at least twice as bright as on the other one even if it had a brand new battery.
I cleaned the gasket off, and I cleaned out the area around where the gasket sits on the motors heatsink thing, I also tightened the plug down with a wrench. IM going to tyr it in a little while, I think this mgith have fixed it.
Oh and I ordered 3 extra plugs from tower hobbies, their coming priority mail so maybe theyll be here by monday.
