RE: Jett 76L Any one tried one ?

Texan,
For an engine that cost you $325, where most modelers would spend $60-$100, it had better be!
The question is if it performs $250 better than that cheap engine you had there before (or in another similar model)...
It depends who you ask, I suppose.

DarZeelon,
I never had a cheap engine on there before. I have always wanted a Jett engine but could not find the right application for my type of flying. With the 76L weighing the same as an OS46, I just could not resist putting one in my Rat Fink Burrito. I wanted a radical setup which I am proud to say has been accomplished ... and then some! I don't know any other engine that would spin a 14x4 at +10.5K and not have a weight penalty. Light overall weight, reliable transition, and 14x4 prop make my Burrito hover like a dream.
