Nice report Scott. I searched the web for Saito 120 Twins and couldn't find any, so I assume that your 120 is a single cylinder.

I have a single Saito 120 that I would like to put in my DPM Super Cub.

Did you have to do any surgery at all to your engine cowling to make your 120 fit inside? If she is totally enclosed in the cowl, how was the clearance between the engine and the cowl?
