I think it all boils down in how confident you are in your aircraft. Hmmmm, interesting. I have a UCD and have been working on it for about two months. Had it done in one month but just going over it to be sure everything is exactumundo for this last month. Now that I have read this thread, I might as well go ahead and do it myself.
