Now you've got me thinking. Do you suppose, since I have the heavier tail feathers, that I could move the battery back to just in front of the throttle & rudder servos and come out ok on the CG?

I like to be slightly tail heavy, but I don't like to pitch up at low throttle when the tank starts getting low on fuel.

I was hoping that I could move the tank back to the CG, but there is no room. Tank placement isn't critical with YS engines.

And then on the other hand... that's a really long fuselage, so it wouldn't take much lead in the rear to make a big difference. Maybe just a heavy rubber tail wheel would do it.

Maybe I should just tape it all together tonight and put it on the CG machine.

So you like yours, huh? I can't wait! I went with transparent purple and yellow Ultracote, with solid yellow on the leading edge of the wing, stab, fin, and part of the fuselage.
