might be a wing tailplane alignment issue, but check your aileron alignment also. If theyre drooping down wards even a little bit you will get flicks. If youve got light covering you can just see a little hole (about 2mm) behind the aileron. I think this marks where they should be. The ends of my ails are just above this by about 0.5mm-1mm
