RE: flaperons
Bouncing is usually a sign that you are coming in to fast, too steep, or both or are trying to "wheel land" it.
Yes, Flaperons will help but you should also learn to land without them.
It could be your approach angle is to steep, you are holding to much speed on final or any number of other factors. I found the Sukhoi lands nice if you maintain a shallow approach angle and hold just one or 2 clicks of power until crossing the end of the runway, then chop power and continue to feed in up elevator SLOWLY. It will usually settle into a nice 3 point landing. If the mains touch first hold the elevator steady and try not to "catch" the bounce with the elevator.
In a sim it's hard to see the plane out in the distance especially if you do not have zoom turned on. This is good though since you do not "zoom in" in the real world and must make the judgement call based on what you see.
The idea is to get all three wheels on the ground at the same time and be right at the stall so the plane stays on the ground. Go up and practice stalling the plane to see at what speed the plane stalls. Once you have that reference then land.
