If I understand your post, the bouncing is only on landing in Real Flight. Personally I think the planes on RF bounce easier than real planes. I never bounce my profile or 3d plane in real life, but the profile I downloaded off the Bro Pro website (that has almost the exact same setup as my profile) almost always bounces on the sim.

The above suggestions are good, but keep in mind that on the sim that there are a few things that are not exactly the same.
