In my group of flying buddies there is both a 9303 and a 9C and it is hard pressed wich one has better options, I personally like the feel of the JR and the 9303 is real easy to program, It has pretty much the same feel as the other JR radios so if you pick up one of those it will give you the just of how it feels. The 9C is also great with tons of extras but it does not feel right in my hands so It would be up to you which one is better in your hands, As far as which radio is better I would say they are very close to each other.
