Find a friend that works in the medical field and buy a box of #11 scalpel blades. They are really sharp! They will fit in a regular handle, although some have a tab that will require you to modify the handle a bit. I've been using them for a couple years to trim Ultracote. There is also a #12 that is more of a hook blade. Haven't had much luck with those. You might even be able to do a search on the net and buy blades online.

For cutting long straight lines, I glued thin cork to the back of my 48" rule, and I use a rotary cutter that you can buy at most sewing shops.
