crasher -2 i have always had super service with tower . i just got my first hobbico plane . a su -31 . it had a crushed wing . hobbico service sent out a whole new wing set with alerons. if there is a lot parts missing they are going to want the whole kit back . if you are in a rush , just order another kit and return the first one for credit. i have done that . good luck you can't go wrong with tower hobbies.
