www.quantummodels.com They probably do not list the manuals on the site but both places are reportedly good sources for TT parts. Find the number on the web site and give them a call.
If everything else fails, Great Planes has a lot of their manuals online.

You could look through some of them and find one where the components look about the same and use it as a guide.
