Default Help with a TT Challenger 25 ARF

Hey guys, this is my first post on this "half" of the forums...

About 4 or 5 years ago, just after college, I thought I might like to try flying and my GF bought me a Thunder Tiger Challenger 25 ARF and a Futaba sky-sport 4 ch radio.

We have moved alot and lived in several apartments and I am just now having the time and space to try to get this going. This morning we pulled everything down from attic (where it has been since we got the house a few years ago) so that I could look it all over and possibly get started.

IT seems that everything is still here but the manual is missing. I have little to no hope of doing this with no documentation and there is precious little to be found googling for this. If anyone has this manual I would pay 20 dollars or so for it or a copy... If not, are there any thoughts on how best to approach the constrtuction? Thanks alot for your time.

Thunder Tiger/Ace Hobby doesn't deal directly with customers in the US. It may be different in other parts of the world.

If you have a local hobby shop, they 'might' be able to order the manual for you.

Two potential mail order sources www.ehobbies.com or www.quantummodels.com They probably do not list the manuals on the site but both places are reportedly good sources for TT parts. Find the number on the web site and give them a call.

If everything else fails, Great Planes has a lot of their manuals online.

You could look through some of them and find one where the components look about the same and use it as a guide.

Frost;
Send me your mailing address, as I have a manual at my office. I'll be happy to run off a copy for you.

I'm glad Steve had the TT manual. That's definitely better than 'adapting' another manual to make do.
