I believe you use contact cement if memory serves correctly. Just be sure and use it as the instructions state; apply a layer of glue to both surfaces to be glued and let dry. Then stick together very carefully. It will be difficult to pull apart if you don't do it correctly the first time.

There should be a couple of rails that the motor/radio tray slides in. If I recall correctly, you sink one screw through each rail in the front (in the engine compartment) and rear (normal radio compartment) of each side of the motor/radio tray.

Not a very precise method, but it's not a very precise airplane. Sure does bounce though!
