14,000 RPM with a Saito 100? On Gas?? Maybe with a 1" pitch prop, but you won't be going anywhere.

The Saito 100 runs in the 9000 - 10,000 RPM range, maybe a ittle more.

14K RPM is for 2 cycles only.
