I'm new to gas and I think I've made up my mind on which ARF to go with,( Lanier 73" Edge 540T). While I was looking for a 2.4 gasser to go into it, I came across the Taurus 2.6, would this be a good combination, would a 2.6 be to heavy or to strong for this model? They also have a 2.4, but I thought I'd go with the additional .8 hp for a few more $ unless someone gives me a good reason not to. What am I going to have to do to the firewall to go with gas anyway with this model? Would Hitec 605's be adequate? Any response would be greatly appreciated.
