I think that if you live at lower elevations, say 2000 ft or lower the 2208 34 would work well, I am not sure where the RCU video with Rich Poe was taken but if I were to guess I would say that it was at a lower elevation. The videos with Chip and Pete Rosa was taken near Fort Collins CO which is 5500 to 6000 ft (I think)
