I am flying my Banchee with a NewMotors 1506/3D with a 6.7:1 gearbox on 12 GP 3300's and an APC 17x10E prop. It will go vertical out of sight and hover at about 5/8ths throttle. The Banchee flies great and the motor is only slightly warm at the end of a long flight.
