I might have to look at the sullivans or resort to wrapping around the servo horn as shown. The hitec horn I'm using is HUGE (big red one) so shouldn't be an issue of it making it's way through it.

Question. what difference does it make if you shorten pull cable at servo arm or control horn? end result is the cable is shorter so don't see why that matters?

As far as aileron the only thing I changed was not using 5/16" out from the center of the servo. I used a hole a bit further out to get more throw and changed aileron interconnect rods to 4-40 as many did here.

Just have to wrap up the pull-pull and waiting on the motor to put in and it's ready to go.
