It is not completely a matter of tension adjustment.
It is more a matter of how strait the cable is when it exits
the fuselage. Being the exit holes for the cable are closer
to the control horn, it is reasonable to control the amount
of deflection at the servo horn. Most modelers like to take
advantage of full mechanical throw volumes and servo
travel volume in order to set a greater envelope of
control conditions. Also, crossing the rudder cable in the fuse
allowed me to have near perfect alignment to the rudder
horns. The elevator servo mod made also near perfect
alignment .
