For the low speed 3-D stuff they will work but not great. For instance the I had 60oz servos on the Aile for the first year. They worked but the roll rate would get slower as the speed of the plane increased. They just were not stout enough to give full deflection. I switched to Futaba 3305s which have 99oz of torque. This made a big difference. I can't say It helped the RUD & ELEV much. Except to say the new servos are faster and that helped the hover and torque roll.
Remember though I was using 60oz servos and your are 40oz or so. Some guys fly these with Futaba 3003s and don't have a problem. I just don't think the plane will perform to it's potential with standard servos.
