[8D]Hi Guys
Looking for any information that might help!
I am about 80% complete in the construction of my Goldberg Super Chipmunk. I plan to power it with a OS61FX and use a pitts muffler. I know it will be no power house with this set up but I can live with that. I have built the wing with flaps. I would like to tint the canopy but the scrap material I have left over from cutting out the canopy does not dye well. Does anyone out there know of a easy way to get a tinted canopy.
Also is there a easy way to stick the decals and getting a second chance if you dont like the postoning. Thanks for your input.
You can get some paint from the hobby shop that is for tinting RC Car windows. both testors and pactra make it. You would spray it on the inside of the cleaned canopy.
For the decals mix a drop or two of dish soap with water and spray the serface of the decal and fusalage, position the decal and squegee out the liquid. I use a credit card with a paper towl folded over the card.
Windex also works.
