Other Stick owners have had problems with having some obvious movement of the wing. Their wing dowels have been rubbing against the hole walls, causing some major friction, to the extent that the wood is turning black. IMHO, the only way this can happen is from wing movement. I, for one, definately don't have this problem. My wing fits pretty darn snug. Just check your dowels to see if there is any evident movement of the wing. If no markings, you need not to worry.
This was an issue with the Hangar 9 .40 sized Funtana, which I had at one time also. There was talk of the same kind of dowel burning in some models. Mine, again, never had a problem.
