Here is the carb mount i made for my poulan 46cc motor. I made them out of G10 epoxy board. I notched one fin out for carb to set then i put red high temp silicone around mount pushed it on an drill and tapped the set screw holes in motor and mount. I made my mount to where i could still use the brass tube stiking out of motor for carb pressure. I milled a 1/16 slot in mount to intersect with hole in carb. After making this mount it instailled very easy. Here are a few pics.
