Hello these are the mods I made to my CG extra .
1. Fiberglass Cowl and pants ,Stans Fiber tech
2.Dubro Glass landing gear
3.Enlarged the rudder
4.2 servos in the wing
5.2 servos for the elevator
I used sullivan Metal horns on the rudder for the pull pull system. no plastic and dubro single bolt thru on the Elevators and ailerons.Also all 4.40 hardware. I did move my servos Rud & ele back to the next bay for more room ,the pull-pull is very close and a pain to get it to clear where the plans have it .Plus I didnt like that 1/8 lite ply servo mounting board, it can flex under heavy loads.

Mods I wished I would have done.
1.Moved the centerline of the elevators forward about 1 inch and added balance tabs
This mod is for 3-D flyers as this plane needs very small amount of input on the elevator anyway.

By going with the servos in the fuse and not in the tail I was able to maintain the CG balance point without having to add additional weight useing a 91 FX with a bisson in cowl muff.
