It is a Norvel .061.
The engine actually weighs less than a GWS motor with gears. I added a 1 inch block of wood from a 1 x 6 to the nose to act as a firewall and to get a better balance by pushing the motor forward. The Mini-Flash is a little bit tail heavy. Without fuel it weighs 15 oz. It has enough power to take it vertical at almost WOT. I can hang on the prop - but I am not very good at it yet.
Flying characteristcs are exactly as you described Tailragger21. Also, I really like your covering job!
