Driftair, the #1 method of contacting OMP are these forums as per our website. PM's are not listed on the contact us and I never got an email. Hence ... we have these forums.

So when you come on the forums and say you can't get in touch with us, I just don't understand. It does not matter if it's for a refund or just to say hello.

Actually there is an upgrade for the Commander, but you must already have the Commander.

You want to upgrade from the Interface to the Commander and it's just not an option and was never presented as that option. It's very clear on AFP's website of what you send in vs. what you get.

Also the ironic thing is you went from AFP to XTR, which is fine. But they don't have a Commander at all.

Selling your AFP Interface and purchasing the Commander would have been a fine option if you wanted to do that. In fact most people are purchasing the full version of Deluxe Interface instead of getting the upgrade and doing just that.

Also if you say you have the RealFlight controller that will work for AFP and Deluxe.

Either way your refund is coming today.
