If you're somewhat new to helicopters and could use a little practice flying, then I have a great idea...
This will make it so you aren't stalled for battery charging and you can spend more time practicing...
1. Get an AC/DC adaptor that has an output voltage and current about the same as your battery
2. Make sure it has a long cord
3. Cut off the end of the adaptor and strip the wires about 1/2 an inch
4. Take the leads on your heli that go from the power supply into the reciever and bend one in half
5. Make a tiny cut at the top of the bend so you end up having a small stripped portion of the wire without cutting it
6. Do the same to the other lead
7. Wrap the adaptor wires around their corresponding lead at the cut, making sure you have good contact
8. Plug the adaptor into an extension cord to give you some extra length
There you have it, a temporarily tethered helicopter so you can practice all you want without having to recharge any batteries...enjoy
