I'm sorry but that voltage just sounds so wrong. To begin with, a charge cycle shouldn't take your pack voltage above 12.6 volts (3 cell li-po). How are you reading this voltage with your Fluke? On charge? Off charge? Disconnected from everything? We may be barking up the wrong tree here but that voltage can't be right, and if it is it would probably burn up the 4in1 pretty quickly.
