It's a fluke 12b And I use a meter daily. I'm reading the voltage off the battery terminal clip. Ya, I was surprised by the voltage being high. Usually you can go + or - 10% . Its both batteries. So It could be a charger problem that cause the other. But the controller is still controlling the servos?
