Thanks I & C Tech. I think you've solved the problem. I checked the output stamped on the charger and it says 12v's. But its putting out 23v's. I have a rc car and checked the batteries and charger. It was right at the rating. So now I just have to see if rc- experts will give me a new charger, batteries , and control box. Or new Heli.
