The Extra Easy is notorious for wanting to climb. It's that big wing that does it! I even had guys suggest putting popsicle sticks under the wing at the trailing edge to decrease the angle of incidence. All I ending up doing was giving it a little down elevator by adjusting the clevis at the control horn. She flys level at 2/3 power with the transmitter trim at neutral and climbs out nice at full power.
