Cutting the Tempest wing turned out to be quite interesting because the big difference between the root and tip. Even when cutting at low temperature there is a danger of the wing tip melting a little, the wire is just mowing so slowly at the wing tip. To take care of that I made the tip template a little oversize. On this wing I will be using 85gr m2 paper for sheeting with 3x5mm hardwood spars.
