Beutiful plane. I'm pretty much a gas flyer but I just got a slowstick to play with in the feild next door and now I think I might want to get a a switchback or a miniflash. Only problem is that I'm an ARF fuel guy. So I have no exspeireince (sp?) building but from what I here about these kits that shouldn't be a problem

I haven't flown the MiniFlash. But I have had 2 Switchbacks. Great flyer and super fast and easy to build. It can at times go together faster then a lot of ARFS. I would also be verry sure that the MiniFlash is also a great flyer. Everything I have bought from Mountain Models has been great. And thier service is first rate. I was a long time glow flyer. I now have nothing but electric and have no desire to go back to glow.
If you try either of those you should be happy with them. Neither is a first plane but the Switchback has been used many times as an aileron trainer and it doesn't get boring.
And since you have experience already you will get into the fun that much sooner!
