If you are referring to the cabane fix yes, I just received my GP Pitts ARF this week and the fixes have been applied. If you have one of the new kits, you will see an red stamped "Updated" on the sides of the top wing root.

I'm putting a G-62 in mine for the power. Not much more weight than the 45 (not much more $$$ either). I've heard with the G-45 that it flys very "scale like" but not quite unlimited vertical. Make sure you beef up the firewall area with the heavy engine.
