GP Pitts
Hey guy's:
i've been flying mine with a g-62 for about 5 months now & it's great. You will have to do many modifications to keep the plane from falling apart with this engine. You can do a search on the g.p. pitts & find a lot of help, i fact i have a lot of info on what i have done to mine. Try to keep it as light as possible as mine full of fuel & smoke oil weights 21#, @ this weight if you chop the throttle on final approach it falls out of the sky like a brick. You have to fly it in & chop the throttle when you are very close to the runway. I'm not saying it is bad, it just takes getting used of. The g-62 gives this plane unlimited performance with a 22x12 mejzlik prop, also i am planing to install a ch ignition on the g-62, this will smooth out the vibrations a lot. have fun
