Second plane & windy weather plane??
For my second plane I used a World Models T-34. It flys great, and handles wind quite well. I flew that for about 6 months before I switched over to a taildragger. I would go with that plane.
However, if you wanted to move up to a .60 size, I would go with a superstick. I'm not sure who makes it, but if you want to check it out, I'll look it up. This plane was made for wind. It can handle anything in the 20s range and everything below. The main thing that you want to worry about w/ any plane is gusts though.
I would recommend either of these planes.
