Adjust the midrange and high-speed needle. The lightning should use 20% fuel but I'm using 25% too.

Also how did u run it in? You should keep out of high rpm. When breaking in did u raise the car and let the wheels move slowly for 5 tanks? A lot of the time it's when you are breaking the car in that causes this.
