I have a laptop with a radeon mobility, which is roughly equivalent to the IGP. As fly4fun said, turning off reflections, exhaust, and smoke makes a big difference. Check the compressed textures box, and use only the photoreal scenery. The 3D scenery will kill your framerate. With the above settings, I can get about 30FPS. It's very usable at that framerate.
