PLASE HELP A NEWBIE: I have a K&B .82 engine that I need to break in. I am unable to locally find jet fuel or fuel with more than 17 % oil mixture. Does anyone have any suggestions on breaking in this engine and raising the oil mixture in fuel that is local? Could I use a test stand with a large prop? I can get Omega 10 % nitro that has 17% synthetic/castor blend. Should i use castor oil to increase oil mixtue or some other type of oil? Thanks for your help.
