WT-9 11.13 venturi The drawings show these with the primer bulb. Is there any special designation to order one without primer assembly?

I inverted a 167-A, lost fuel pressure and I'm still tinkering with getting it back to running as well as non-inverted. (Made a .005" shim material washer with a side flap, for engine side, to deflect some of prop wash...run this afternoon.)
