I finally put together my Sportsman Aviation Waco 30, and have been flying it. Needs a couple of tweaks, but I really like it so far.

The guys at the field really like it as well. Seeing how light it is, and how slow it can fly, I've now had a pile of guys say "wow, that's a natural electric conversion project", and I have to agree. The importer missed the boat on that one, I bet you could sell quite a few of them if you listed an electric conversion package for it.

Oh, mine has an OS .32F in the nose, turning an APC 11x4 prop. Way more power than it needs. And yes, it gets small fast. Flew it the other day in fairly dark overcast, it was rather hard to see, that's for sure. Lots of flying by feel rather than vision.

It's a keeper for me. If someone wants to dump a few of those kits in this direction, I could probibly find space in my shop for another one "just in case", and I bet I could sell a couple to guys here who want to do the electric conversion.
