Default CA Models 31% Extra 300L - What Engine?

Mark,
When you build and fly your 330L - assuming you do so in the next 12 months or so, please post a quick review. I saw the 30 and 34% kits at Dayton - it was all I could do NOT to buy one. They look nice.

I'm looking for another big plane - have been looking at Carden kits, and these from Planes Plus. The guy at Dayton said he sold 60 or so kits in about four hours at Toledo this year.

Carden kits seem to be king (at least east of the Mississipi River) - but you have to build a LOT more in a Carden kit - and Carden kits are about $200 to $300 more.

These Planes plus kits look nice, look light, and come pre-sheeted. Looks like all you have to do is build the fuse, cover it, and drop in your radio. Just short of an ARC type kit.

Would be interested in kit/flying opinions from other who have already built and flown them - specifically what engine, and vertical - 3d performance.

Thanks.
