Actually, planes are 72mhz. 75mhz is reserved for surface use, meaning cars and boats. Look on tower hobbies. All the good radios will use 75mhz and only the cheapest use 27mhz.

Here is a frequency chart for RC. It is for Canada, but i'm fairly sure it is the same across North America.

I have two nitro evaders, from two different sources (tower hobbies, and lhs), and they both came with 75mhz radios.

I'm trying to upload an image here, in case there is any doubt.
