Yes, It seems it's been down for weeks. Tried different times of the day and evening but it doesn't matter. Maybe they're going to shut it down now that G3 is out?

Yes, we have been having problems with it for quite a while now. The secondary server should work though. If it doesn't try the "USEBACKUPSERVER" option. To do this, click the Technical Support button in control panel followed by the "Enter Tech Support Code" button and then type "USEBACKUPSERVER" (without using quotes). That should work for you until we get the main server back up and running.
Oh, and we are definitely not shutting it down because G3 is out. Our priorities do shift according to customer's needs, but right now there are still plenty of G2 customers that need to have this server functional, so we're going to make that happen.
